We are pleased to celebrate an important milestone for Leo Smith, Hexagon Design Consultancy’s apprentice, who has successfully completed his Pearson BTEC Level 3 National Diploma in Civil Engineering.
The qualification is a Tech Level course equivalent in size to two A Levels and has provided Leo with a strong foundation in civil engineering, supporting both his practical experience at Hexagon Design and his ongoing professional development.
Developed in consultation with employers and professional bodies, the qualification is designed to provide students with the knowledge and skills needed to progress within the civil engineering sector, as well as providing a solid foundation for further study.
Continuing Towards His EPA
Although Leo has completed his course, his apprenticeship continues until he has successfully completed his End Point Assessment (EPA) in October.
Over the last few weeks, Leo has been working hard to prepare for his EPA, building on the knowledge and experience he has gained throughout his apprenticeship.
Everyone at Hexagon Design would like to congratulate Leo on completing his BTEC and wish him the very best of luck with his EPA in October.
It is fantastic to see the progress he has made throughout his apprenticeship, and we look forward to supporting him as he takes this next step in his civil engineering career.
